James was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the problem very well. Unfortunately my range is too old. The only problem was the process to try use my Pay your way credit card. Process too complicated and after putting in everything twice refused the card because it hasn't been used recently. James did his best to sssist me it was just complicated process.

Our repair window was 8am to 5pm. Scott called us in the morning to give us a better estimated arrival time. He called again closer to the estimated time to confirm and then he arrived right on time. This was much appreciated! He was very knowledgeable and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem.
