Fast diagnosis , unfortunately parts are no longer available. Searched sites without success, but not his fault. Will call again in the future.

I won't say the service provided was bad because it wasn't, but when the tech had a mechanical problem, a little communication would've been helpful to let me know the reason. The first time he came to investigate, he was earlier than I expected (by a lot) and it didn't take him long to confirm the suspicion I had about the fan being bad. The parts ordered were delivered quickly and up until I received no notification of the status of the technician, I was happy.
