Thomas called the day of My appointment to let me know where I was on the list so I wouldn't waste the day sitting at home when he wouldn't be arriving until later in the day. Things changed with his appointments and he was able to get me rescheduled for the next day with out an issue. He notified me of his arrival time and was prompt and very courteous. Sears is fortunate to have a knowledgeable and friendly technician on their team. Thomas took his job and customer service skills seriously and treated me more like a friend than someone he was coming in to fix their broken appliance. He did a great job and made my day. Thank you Thomas!

I have a 12 year old Sears gas stove. Oven stopped working, wouldn't come to temperature. It was fixed in a timely matter by James. He also worked on 2 top burners and cleaned them out and they now work. Glad you sent such a knowledgeable repair person.

On 7/31 Marc reviewed the display problem on my range and today, 8/13 he completed the repair. In both instances he was orderly personable, and professional in his work. He is a very knowledgeable technician and I'm hoping that he will be assigned to repair the microwave next week.

Greg has been here before. He is helpful and a superior technician. He was not able to fix the problem because the issue is with my electrical panel. My farm was a long drive at the end of a long day for him. I appreciate his willingness to come out.
