Steven did what was needed and I appreciate that but the price to fix a small problem that took about 20 minutes to fix was ridiculous and if you don't wan to pay it you still have to pay for the service call.Nothing against Steven that's why I gave a 5,I will never call them again 😉

The Technicians were fabulous. Courteous, Experts& a pleasure to deal with. Their administration that I dealt with over the phone not so much. That part was NOT a pleasure! The different prompts to get to talk to someone we're annoying. If there is any issue they were useless.
