Frustrated but good service
Jimmy was pleasant and friendly and very knowledgeable. My stove is still not fully functional which frustrates me but he offered suggestion to get an electrician to check neutral wire.

Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything in that the necessary part is no longer available and that someone will be contacting me about a replacement appliance and what to expect insofar as if I don't hear from someone about my claim to call and inquire about status.

New large circuit board assembly was defective and wiped out my whole range top instead of just the one problem burner. Dan reinstalled the original board assembly and took just the one burner assembly out of the new board and spliced it into the old board. Everything works. Sign of true craftsman who can think on his feet.
