Range repair
Alexander was great! Scheduling the appointment was not. I was told my window was 8-12. That was not the case. I also asked to be called on my cell phone because my wife has an injured knee and cannot rush to catch the house phone. That was not the case.

I initially set up an apt a week in advance but was fit in same day. Kevin called me, giving me time to travel across town, met me at the house, diagnoded the problem and fixed it in no time at all. He was professional, nice, and even mentioned some other warranty options that were available.
