Brilliant tech! Donald found the misdiagnosed problem (by a previous tech) quickly and fixed the problem! Waited MONTHS for parts that wern't even needed. Knowledgeable and professional. Can't say enough good things about Donald! Don't ever let him retire!! Deserves a raise!!
