GE profile double oven slide-in range
The serviceman that corrected the oven malfunction today was great. However, I cannot rate SHS scheduling as such. The first time I was to receive service was 8/21 from 8-5. I was sitting in the hospital with my father who is dying with esophageal cancer so I made arrangements for someone to sit at my house waiting for someone to come…….which never happened!! When I called back, the automated message said I had 2 apts and today's date was the 2nd one that I was given! Not a very satisfied customer!!!!

Dino was able to diagnose and fix the issue with our oven quickly. He also noticed that the oven liner we were using was restricting circulation adding to the oven's long time-to-temperature.
