Awesome Service!
Jonathan was fantastic! He went over and above to help research our "tricky" range to make sure we are ordering the correct parts and help brainstorm next best solution when a part is as on back order. We truly appreciate Jonathan and his hard work to get our oven back up and running!

When our gas range had an issue (bake function not working) I put in a service call to Sears. The Service Techinican (David) let me know when he was on his way before hand and arrived in the estimated serive window. David quickley diagnosed the issue and started the repair, David is one of those people who is very professional and explained our options to repair the gas range. The service was completed quickly and performed the diagnostics and temperature check after the repair was complete. Overall we were extrememly impressed with David's skill and professionalism, if we ever need an appliance repaired we will be calling Sears and would love to be able request David as our repair tech as we feel he is someone we can completely trust no question.
