Donald, arrived promptly to our residence, ready to work. He was neat and very mindful of taking care of the area in which he worked. He take apart appliance and thoroughly went through all connections ensuring there were no mixed wires. He found our issue and gave suggestions of hot to move forward. He reassembled appliance and made sure we understood and checked to see if we had any additional questions or concerns.
