Dale called shortly after 8:00 to let me know where I was in the queue. When he arrived, he quickly replaced the part and tested to see if my appliance worked. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the task in under an hour. A+!

Jon was knowledgeable and obviously had much experience in appliance troubleshooting and repair. He quickly determined the problem, had the replacement part, oven igniter, with him. He was neat and very polite and friendly. In today's throwaway society, it is harder and harder to get items repaired. That increases the cost, because the repair person needs to come from further away. Great job! I would recommend this service.

We ended up not performing the repair (overall cost vs buying a new appliance didn't work for us) but the technician was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues as well as all the options that were available to us if we wanted to go ahead and fix the issue.
