Michael was perfect. My experience was that it took about 90 days to have my oven fixed. A repair man came ordered parts, they would not send anyone out until the parts were in after about 6 weeks am myself asking if we could get a replacement, a nice person called and we went over what parts were in and what was missing( The parts had been there no one updated the computer) They came could not fix it again when the 2nd guy left I was very concerned because the surface stove light was on and ask them to send the guy back to shut it off and they told no we cant do that because you have another part on order. I was so upset and scared we just shut off the power in our electrical box for until another guy came to fix it and could not again. He ordered a bunch of parts and then Michael came there and fixed it. 1st time they came to fix it was June 16th and my stove was t finally fixed early September

Thomas was very professional. Called first thing in the morning to let me know he would be coming around mid morning. Also called when he was on his way. Found the problem quickly. Somehow my range went back to factory settings and would not heat the oven. He reset it for me and also showed me what to do if it happens again. Thank you, Thomas!!!!
