Brian is great in his profession. I'm very thankful for his kind instructions of how to clean and take care of the appliances with his own experience. I have to state that sears need to improve the system of taking appointments and communications. Appointment time window has to be 3-4 hours. Not like every time we get 8 am-5 pm.
