Pedro is a true professional. He did a very thorough examination and testing of our range components. When the wrong part was sent he quickly had the correct part sent. Unfortunately the replaced boards did not solve our problem. We are confident he tried his best to save our stove. He was patient and detailed with outlining the procedures and instructions for the young man he was training that came also. He is very much an impressive representative for his company. We appreciated his patience with our questions, giving detailed explanations.

Bennie repaired our microwave in under 1 hour. We did not fault him for the delay we experienced. He came Feb 16 and diagnoses the problem. The parts arrived the next day to our home. Bennie scheduled us February 25 but we got a text message at the end of that day informing us that due to staffing we were not going to get repaired that day. The AI message offered to reschedule but earliest day available was March 9. We tried and tried to actually talk to a person but when we finally spoke to someone they couldn't find us in your system without an SA number which we did not know. This was very frustrating but not our technician's fault. People who have waited the longest shouldn't be stuck back at the end of the line. We even began to believe we were being discriminated because we had warranty insurance and didn't have to pay for the repair.
