As far as the App and AI is concerned it is a terrible customer experience. Sears should be embarrassed by its customer service. To not be able to talk with a human is unacceptable to resolve issues that arise during the service calls. The all day window is another bad customer experience and the text message that are generated by AI to indicate when a tech is arriving is quite frankly a joke. Not even close to the time indicated tech would arrive. 5 stars for Peter. 0 stars for customer experience. I would never recommend sears home service.
