My visit with Frank was great he was very prompt and polite and got the job done. As for the robot I still can't get anything done through the thing it doesn't recognize my phone so I can't communicate with you past the introductory cause it says they have no knowledge of the phone. So maybe fix that problem in case there's another fix it job for us Thank you Mary Mutzner Ps also this range is still under warranty and I sent back two control panels and a thermostat that was never used all that needed to be done was a reset and Frank took care of that

Ken was excellent. knew exactly how to fix my oven. I will say your automated system is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. Too many notifications and when I am given a choice to change my appointment to an earlier day, the system does not do it. This happened 4 times. It also took 3 weeks to fix one small part.
