John called me when he was 30 minutes from my house. I asked him to remove his shoes and he happily did so. I'm surprised Sears doesn't provide shoe covers for their employees. They probably should. John promptly got to work fixing an element on my stove and it works perfectly now. Thanks again!

Burned out the terminal block on the big burner on my trusty old camp stove. Couldn't find parts (no longer made by manufacturer).Stove critical to camp since have no running water & this is the only way to have hot water for a tent shower. Chris found equivalant replacement part quickly on line, part ordered & shipped. Verified other parts that would have been nice to haves for other stove functions (not critical) no longer available even in equivalants. Came back 2d visit to install & finish repair, did job quickly & in good order. Reverified other burners ok, wiring good. Chris friendly and helpful, knew his stuff. So glad got my full 4 burners back! Really basic to camp & didn't have to buy a new stove ( which costs so much more).

repairman was pleasant completed the job quickly! I was very disappointed in getting the job completed. initial call was made in July, missed 2 scheduled appointments with no notification of cancelling. finally job completed Sept. 24. BTW the part was in my possession in July! Totally unacceptable! Should i charge you for missing appt. like you would do? Are you posting?

Joseph was terrific. He kept me informed of when he would arrive and of his progress. He quickly assessed the problem. Unfortunately the issue couldn't be fixed but he was able to clearly explain what the problem was and why it couldn't be fixed. I will use his services for any furure appliance work in the future.
