Technician arrived on time with an assistant. He took the oven apart, installed a new part, and restored the oven to use quickly and effectively. We appreciate such excellent service.

Joanna figured out how to use the timer functions even though they were never explained in the user's manual. The repair visit would have never been necessary if the documentation would have been clear. The user's manual was, by far, the worst I have ever encountered for any appliance I have ever owned. Also, there is no excuse for a customer being unable to speak to a live person in reporting trouble. I'll never do business with Kenmore again and strongly recommend to my friends and family to avoid doing business with Kenmore/Sears in the future.

From the get go Sears kept saying I didn't have a service plan on the range. Several technicians continued to say I'd need to pay for the part. It wasn't until I finally reached a human being, finally was able to show I had a Master Protection plan. Sayed ordered the part and it was installed today. I'm grateful to get to the finish line.

I was happy with Roger.He was a very nice man.I was not happy with the company because of the lack of live agents to speak to. I find it Ridiculous that everything is AI!You still need humans to answer complex questions. Also my repair was incomplete because of parts not being available anymore.
