Albert came and examined the problem with the stove burners not lighting. He determined that the stove could not be repaired because the part necessary was no longer made. He explained how the screws on the burners had become fused and stripped and would need to be drilled out and a part replaced and that this part was no longer available. Since the ovens were still working he suggested lighting the burners with a lighter or, if we didn't want to, purchase a new stove. He was efficient and pleasant.
