Well, Claudio was an excellent technician and very knowledgeable. The products that he had to work with Thor Appliances have systemic and numerous issues. I have had nothing but problems with the range and also with the icemaker in the freezer I was supposed to have both appliances worked done today. Thor did not send over the correct paperwork so only the range was worked on today and the parts provided did not fix the problems. The door still does not close so the oven does not work properly. Sears home services is the only appliance company that will work on Thor, which tells you something warning warning do not buy Thor products.

The cooktop started working on its own. Ricky said it probably overheated when we ran the oven clean cycle. ( 1/3 of the way through the cycle it started to beep and would not go off. We stopped the cycle but after that the cooktop would not come on.)
