Very pleased with tech/tepairman. Now I have to wait on another tech / repairman to repair the microwave. Seems wasteful to have to have two techs to do a repair job.

Diagnosed problem with lights on the board not working correctly, especially the LOC button for the oven. It comes on by itself and won't turn off…cannot open the oven anymore…Patrick, our repair man was polite, knowledgeable, friendly. 5 BIG STARS for Patrick.

Chris identified the problem as broken wires not a faulty heating element as was first diagnosed. He fixed the problem within 10 minutes and left. Excellent service. He's a keeper
