Chuck did an excellent job! Turns out that the reason for the delay on parts was that there was an incorrect order number. He came even though the appointment had been canceled by phone earlier in the day. He determined the missing parts that had not yet been delivered and said they were common parts. Then he went out and got them locally and installed everything so now both large burners are working properly! Many thanks to Chuck!
