Quick and friendly service
Paul came to repair our oven which was not heating. He called before arriving, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within minutes. Paul was very friendly and provided great customer service.

I'm pleased my oven is finally working again after waiting over a month to be repaired. Should it have taken this long to get fixed is questionable at best. Not having any appliance coverage at would've been a worst case scenario. Hopefully it'll be sometime before I have to place another service calls for one of my appliances covered under my Sears warranty.
