Tech communicated good but didn't have enough parts. Now we hafta cook Thanksgiving dinner without most needed burner. Thank you. After many years of paying for this extended service agreement your service gets worse every year. You folks just don't appear to have any urgency.

He is very courteous to me and my family and very conscientious about my home.
