This repair tech was All-Pro! We could not be happier with the service. High communication, came when promised, did an excellent job. We have an older house with lots of tricky stuff to deal with. This repair was no exception. Herb was great to work with. He was super knowledgeable and resourceful and found ways around all the headaches that this repair developed. If I need repairs in the future I'd wait as long as I needed to and request this guy personally if I can. Thanks!!!

Tech was very competent and professional Oven works as good as new. On the other hand the bureaucracy and support apparatus communicating with the customer, getting the right part to the site providing accurate, estimates, billing, and receipt was awful ! Would NOT recommend
