I was surprised at the quick response in scheduling an appointment. I appreciated that Dustin came earlier in the morning. He was courteous and I appreciate how he took his time to check both my appliances. While he is unable to get the part for my oven to work, I will be able to use my refrigerator. These appliances have sentimental value and I want to preserve them as long as possible.

Joe is one of the 4 techs that have come out to work on my oven. He is very professional and works hard to solve the problem. Two days after he came out, i went to bake bread. Unfortunately, his hard work did NOT solve the problem. Stove still doesn't maintain its temperature.
