We are only satisfied with the service technician provided. I am still not pleased with Sears Home Services. I will never use them again. It them over 6 weeks to repair my oven. They were not truthful in the updates provided. FUTURE USER OF THEIR SERVICES BE WARE!

The hardest part of this experience is actually getting an excellent tech to your house After one no show, Bill arrived after 5 pm, long outside the 8-12 window. He knew what he was doing and fixed our issue. He is a keeper!
