This is the best Tech we have ever had from Sears. Very knowledgeable, Explains things and very polite. He was a person you could talk to, and gave you answers. Did not hold ALL the conversation like some from Washington state!! If we need Sears again he is the one we would like to have, alto I doubt that could happen.
