Roman did a very good job. Diagnosed the problem correctly the first time, ordered the part(original GE part), came back and installed it. He tested the oven to make sure that it works. When he was done it looked like he was never here.

Ben is very pleasant technician who is very knowledgeable with fixing appliances. He explained why the stove was not working and showed the parts that became defective. He explained that he will install the new parts & the stove will be operational again. He also tested the stove after installing the parts. Also, he had to go to an appliance store to get a part. He is very thorough. Thank you Ben!
