Still waiting for the parts to Arrive!
One part needed for the repair was missing on 1st appointment date. On 2nd reschedule, the part was still missing. Jeffrey checked with me between jobs to see if it had arrived. The part did arrive later that day (after our appointment time), but he was able to still keep the appointment and get the job done! Thanks for the extra effort Jeffrey!

Enrique is a very personable man, works quickly, explains what is happening with the repair. He originally identified the problem, arranged for the part to be delivered to us, and returned to install the new part. He cleans up after the repair, and took away the old parts, returning the kitchen to its normal appearance. He is friendly, well spoken, polite and courteous. It was a pleasure having him perform our repair.

Technician Cristopher arrived on time. Assessed problem with oven taking excessive time to heat up. He dissembled necessary part of oven and replaced defective part. Tested stove and it worked perfectly.

Tony was very Professional in his service. The thing that I didn't approve of is the efficiency of the ordering of parts, tracking of parts & getting organized wirh rescheduling. AI service techs were not knowledgeable & could not direct me correctly.

Upon arrival he listen to my description regarding the operation of my oven, pulled the oven out, removed panels and quickly identified a broken lower coil.
