Rafael did a superb job repairing our stove. Initially he did not have the parts to do the repair. However, he left on other calls, but came back within 2 hours with the correct parts and repaired the oven.

Richard was very polite and courteous. He knew how to fix the door handle and tried to repair it. So the handle is broken the glass and the front and back of door falls apart. Even if i had a new handle i would not be able to put it all back together. The handle was broken so he ordered a new one, the new handle was sent without new screws. He came in today to replace it he did very well . Thank Blessings A Aguirre
