Jeff solved the problem. I feel kind of foolish because I mistakenly switched knobs when I cleaned the oven. Jeff saw the issue and said don't feel bad, I've seen this a thousand times. Glad it wasn't anything major.

Matthew was very helpful and knew what he was doing. Communication with Sears and Best Buy is awful, they do not contact customers and we couldn't contact them. They cancelled and rescheduled appts without giving us notice. That was awful. But Matthew was great!
