Simply the best he came in and had my oven working right away. He had scheduled 1/31/2025, an seen that it was arriving on a earlier date and sent me a text for me to schedule right away. He came also before time on that date and had my oven working in no time at all. He was very polite both times he was in my home. My family has always used Sears to fix the appliances in the home from the washing machine, stove, freezer, fridge vacuum cleaner, tv and the fridge. Since my father's passing 18 months ago. We have been sears customers for over 60 years and still going. We also used your automotive services also. Sears for life

We really appreciated the service that we received from Eric. He arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He worked quickly and efficiently, explaining his actions as he proceeded. He took extra precautions to ensure that his moving the appliance didn't damage our home. He was very helpful even though the appliance was working when he arrived!
