So far, it's been a good experience, but still two new to rate. I believe in giving things time before actually claiming how Great of an experience!!! Andrea, the technician was excellent. He courteous, look neat and worked very neat!!!

The technicians arrived on time and went right to work repairing the door on my range. They constantly vacuumed up pieces of broken glass. They were finished quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up.

Our appointment was scheduled for Aug 12 we call that morning to confirm and was told yes will be there today at 4:30 called back and was told would not be there till Friday. That's not good customer service. The installation guy was efficient and called when he was on his way Friday. An eight hour time frame is unacceptable when you have to take off from work
