poor communication from Sears Home Service. Tech was to come between 1 and 5 PM, and call 15 min. ahead. He came in the AM, without notice. Thank goodness, the tenant was home. Range problem was simple and quickly resolved. I kept getting messages on my phone, requesting payment, before I even knew that the tech had come out! But the tech was wonderful. Thank you, Nick.

Claudio was very thorough, pulling out the oven and tried different routes of trouble shooting. He discovered the problem and noted that we need a part ordered. He sent out his notes immediately. If only I could get my home warranty comp[any to respond as quickly as he did😔
