Friendly and knowledgeable
Good. But Why do I have to describe what is wrong when I schedule the appointment. I take the day off to have a technician come out without any parts. He checks to see what the problem is and then has to order the parts and I have to take another day off and wait another week or two to get my appliance repaired. Why wouldn't the tech have the parts on his van. Waste of my time and your money.

The technician arrived on time after calling me when he was on the way. Diagnosed the problem and ordered required parts. The parts showed up earlier than expected and the tech rescheduled and installed them the following day. My range was down for only a little over 4 days. Very happy with the service.

My experience with Sears Service was very frustrating, first service call was on November 30, 2024 ... final service was performed on January 30, 2024. The A.I. chat was no help and the people in S. Asia, were polite enough, but weren't much help. No way to speak to a live person. Thank God, Isadore was diligent enough to contact a rep and make the call himself. He is an excellent technician and came equipped with the necessary part to finally complete my service call.
