John called me within the 8 hour time frame And gave me a 2hour window to help me plan my busy day ! He was courteous and explained everything as he worked efficiently! John diagnosed expertly with the first visit and he ordered the right parts to fix my old oven on the second visit John was able to repair the oven in about an hour and a half with the pre ordered correct parts that had arrived due to his astute assessment !
