So glad to see a Sear truck when I need service. Have had terrible experiences with so called technicians driving the A&E trucks. WHO ARE THEY? I hope Omari continues to work for Sears for a while. Had considered at one point to leave Sears alone (terrible reviews over the past decade) and I have friends who feel the same way and many left Sears. Omari is pleasant, explains what he is doing so you know, knowledgeable, and concise. He's a keeper!!
