Courteous, Professional and Friendly!
The part needed to fix the blinking lights on my Samsung stove panel had arrived a few days prior so William started right in. It was a tight squeeze to pull the stove out but he managed it without too much trouble. He replaced the part, moved the stove back into place and was finished and gone in less than 20 minutes.

Jeffrey called prior to coming and then showed up and repaired my range. He did great. My only complaint is the timing of my appointment - 7 am to 6 pm is ridiculous. Also, my original appointment was yesterday so I had to plan to be ready by 7 am only to get a text telling me you had to reschedule so I had to be ready again today by 7 and Jeffrey didn't show up until 5.
