I waited all day not having an arrival time. I wasn't feeling nice about someone arriving at 5:30, but Tyrese was committed, he came in got right to work and finished at 8 pm. I'm certain he had a family at home waiting. Tyrese was the third service person on this call which went over three months and as many service calls! Thank you for giving me my oven back!
