Mr. Phillip was on time, he had all the necessary equipment and he were very knowledgeable of the inspection of my oven. He also went over all the necessary parts that was needed to repair my oven and he conveyed with my warranty company on his finding and completed his inspection in a timely manner. Happy valentines Sears repair center! Our repair person was a real hard working women. She repaired my stove in 2.2 seconds. She came in assessed my stove and assured me it would be repaired. She went to her van to grab the part she needed, she came back in and it was done in 1.0 second upon her return. The girl is bad in a great way.
