Michael was very helpful today with servicing our electric range. The repair process was problematic in the following way: Another technician had started the repair last week, but was running late and was unable to complete it on time. I tried to contact Sears but the Chat feature was not working, so that was very frustrating. when I contacted Sears yesterday they had no record of the need to re-schedule the repair
