He was very punctual after his call. He let me clean the floor before putting stove back. Explained everything he was doing and why it wasn't working. Told me to have it on for 30 minutes before I cook to get rid of any smell. Also he suggested using range side strips.

This technician, Mr. Alex, was very informative and experienced in the field. He handled all the concerns of what was happening with my older electric modeled range. (plug in eyelets, bad switch concerns, oven bulbs) His persistence in getting it to operate properly was great for many times repair people don't really care or understand what's really going on. Mr. A would make a great mentor for upcoming tech specialists.

Hello. Not sure if previous message posted. First of all Scott personally called with an update on what time to expect his arrival Secondly. He was very friendly and identified himself upon arrival Thirdly he was very efficient with repair completion and very polite throughout the visit I was very impressed with his professionalism something that had been missing from a previous experience
