Willing to go the extra mile
The part we ordered did not seem to fix the issue so instead of just ordering more parts Jimmy took the time the to diagnose the issue. I sure appreciate his extra effort A&E has a first class employee in Mr Jimmy

The gas igniter went out and my oven wouldn't heat. It took Brent only a few minutes to replace it. He tested it thoroughly to make sure it was working properly before he left. He was friendly, skilled and professional. I highly recommend him.
