Scott truly went above and beyond. Our stove door was not latching and really had been an issue since we got it. He was the first technician to come out, troubleshoot and identify the problem. One of the necessary pieces was back ordered. He continually checked in with us and worked with his team to identify an alternative way to obtain the necessary piece. He kept us informed and helped us to get this done. I genuinely feel if he had not done this we would still be waiting for the back ordered part and stove to be repaired.
