Kitchen range
Todd did a wonderful job with my range repair. He is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and professional and tried to help with getting my refrigerator issue resolved as it has been almost 2 months since I called for service from Sears with no show appointments (from some other technician) and cancellations. I'm very disappointed with the way my refrigerator service has NOT been addressed and Sears is not reaching out to make things right. I'm thankful for people like Todd who take their work and customer service very seriously.
