Kenneth showed up right at the time he was scheduled. He quietly and efficiently replaced two circuit boards in my LG Stove. He swept behind the stove for me as I'd mentioned I wanted to clean before he put the stove back in place. Im very pleased!

Justice is fantastic! He contacted me first thing this morning and told me of his calls and his ETA to our home. Notified us when he was enroute to our place and was extremely informative, asked if we had questions about the repair. We are grateful that he showed up for this appointment. Our last scheduled appointment (9 Apr) ended with us having to call First American Home Warranty to ascertain the status of our repair only to be told that our appointment was cancelled without us being told. It was super frustrating to waste a day waiting for a repair that never happened!
