The technician greeted me with a warm smile. They was respectful, prompt and knowledgeable. I told them my problem and they knew exactly what to do. I felt very comfortable with them being in my home. Great Job!

Holi is his name. Came by 4 times to make it right. Just left and I have to bake to test the oven and see how the freezer goes on my LG APPLIANCES. Waiting for parts on my Kenmore fridge so I know I'll see him again. Friendly man!

John was great. Sears service is terrible. They cancel all time and take weeks to reschedule. If I had to choose I wouldn't use sears service center but I don't blame the technician. Took 6 months to finally fix oven.
