My technicians arrived on time were courteous to address my problem, unfortunately due to the incompetency of the warranty company, which was Sears home warranty, and their call takers and their AI system to confirm information they did not correct an error that was pointed out to them numerous times during the phone call and on the following text messages that we received They kept referring to my microwave as a range, even though they were provided with pictures of the unit, pictures of the model tag and a written note showing model number and serial number and model name, which was Kenmore elite and a description of the problem they continue to refer to it as a range and every time I would correct them, they would say, yes, sir we understand it is not arranged, but a microwave Well that continued into the text message responses which again all information was provided to them with a visual picture, I believe this system is an AI system that is unable of making corrections when wrong information is received. It also said it would forward this information to the service technician Which was not done as when he called to say he would be here at the given time he referred to it as a range and I corrected him before he arrived. He tried to get the service tag changed to reflect it was a microwave, but was unable to so he was unable to perform any work on it. He did inform me that the model in microwave I had only had parts available for one year after manufacturer, but under my warranty, if it was unable to be repaired, it would be replaced. He also informed me that since he couldn't change it from arrange to a microwave I would have to reschedule for another service technician to come outnext week as this would give his service tag a chance to go through the system and hopefully make the corrections. He informed me that the other technician will come out. Tell me the same thing he did that parts are unavailable in the unit would have to be fully replaced as he could
