Tech great, sears no so much
Ward was great my only complaint is with Sears I was scheduled on 5/29 8-12 I was notified via email they were gonna have to reschedule for 5/30 with no number to call and complain about I took a day off to be able to have the appointment happen and then had to take another the next day very unprofessional of Sears

He solved my problem quickly. I hadn't realized that my hand strength was reduced which meant I was having trouble with the controls. So I have to put more energy into dealing with them.

As my oven didn't get fixed the first time; part replaced but didn't correct problem. Aaron was our repair person for the second part. He was nice, took on the part replacement and after installing re-tested to make sure the oven was working properly. I appreciate Aaron. Oven in good working order.

Muhammad came today and repaired our GE Oven burner. GE doesn't make it easy to replace a burner in their glass top stove, but he did a fantastic job is a very nice man. Cleaned up after himself and was very efficient. Well done!!
